There are four basic return categories: Items shipped in error, Items ordered in error, Special orders, and Items damaged in shipping.

Items shipped in error
All items are picked and packed with the utmost care. Unfortunately, the possibility of human error is always present. Let us first apologize for any inconvenience our error has caused you and please be assured we will handle the problem to your satisfaction quickly. Items ordered in error (or items no longer needed)
This category refers to items selected off the web site that the purchaser does not need. A typical situation would be the purchaser ordered too many of an item, selected the wrong item, or simply no longer needs the item. These returns may be subject to a 15% restock charge. Special order items
These items are generally the parts that are ordered by typing the part number into the "search for parts" field. Special order items are generally not returnable however every effort will be made to collect credit when possible. Returns for special order items must be made on a case by case basis. Items damaged in transit
When items are damaged in transit a third party enters into the picture, the carrier. Both and the receiver must cooperate with the carrier to resolve the situation. Shipping damage must be reported by the receiving party to the shipping carrier immediately. Failure to report shipping damage in a timely manner may result in delayed claim processing or possibly claim rejection. Important! Keep all packaging! The carrier will often want to evaluate the package to determine the cause of damage. In addition to the above, the following conditions must be met for parts to be returnable:
a) The part must not have been installed.
b) Parts must be in saleable condition.
c) Parts must be clean.
d) Packages must not be opened.
